1. Purpose

These terms and conditions apply to all personal growth courses provided by GrowPerssona, Clarastrasse 33, 4058 Basel, Switzerland. Any enrollment implies your full acceptance of these terms.

2. Registration and Booking

You may register for our courses via our website, by phone, or by email. A deposit may be required to secure your spot.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellation more than 5 days before course start: full deposit refund.
• Cancellation between 5 and 2 days before: 50% of deposit refunded.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before or no-show: no refund possible.

3.2 Cancellation by GrowPerssona

In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness or force majeure), GrowPerssona will offer a new date or a full refund.

3.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

4. Responsibilities

GrowPerssona is not liable for personal outcomes or achievements. Our courses are conducted by certified coaches according to Swiss professional standards.

5. Personal Data

All personal data is processed in accordance with Swiss and European privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, logos, images) is protected under Swiss and European copyright law and owned by GrowPerssona.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Basel.
